We offer accessible chair yoga classes, a great way to ease into gentle exercise. Practised on and around a chair,  yoga poses are adapted to help students stretch, build strength and increase flexibility without having to get up and down from the floor.  Chair yoga classes are perfect for seniors and people of any age who have injuries or health conditions and want to improve their own functional fitness.  Join our friendly, in-person, online or private classes and become a part of our supportive community.  Meet other like-minded people to share your journey to improved health and wellness.

Prefer more individualised attention or uncomfortable in a public class?  We offer custom classes in a one-on-one or small group to focus on your concerns (eg. injury recovery, health conditions, mobility) to maximise your ability to reach your goals.

What should I bring to class?

Just wear comfortable clothes and bring your smile. No mats required.

Each class is composed of three key elements:


Includes stretching, strengthening and balance poses on or around a chair. Relieves muscle tension while also improving stability, mobility and independence for everyday life. Variations allow participants to choose their level.

Guided Meditation

Helps to calm and clear the mind, improve attention span, mental clarity and focus and can assist with pain management
